Street Address (for U.S. Postal Service).

City, State & Zip.

We will respond with an order confirmation and Total Amount Due. We prefer payment by U.S. Postal Service Money Order payable to Joe Calcavecchia (SWCF). We will ship upon receipt of the Money Order.

Payments by personal check will be accepted but shipment will be delayed until after the check clears our bank. Checks should be payable to Joe Calcavecchia (SWCF)
