For intermediate tiers. You can see several of the patterns Joe has become
renowned for in our Saltwater Fly section, although we must say our photographs
do not do justice to Joe's talent. A production fly tier for Dave Beshara at 'American Angling' in Salem, NH for many years and at other New England shops, Joe
began tying for 'W.S. Hunter' and 'Mountain Road Fly' last year and his patterns have been a big hit.
